NCR Hyrox Guide
From Rookie to Race Day
Service Description
A free 60-minute video call with Jesse Faubert — local HYROX advisor in Ottawa, not a coach. Most people book this because HYROX looks hard, they don’t know where to start, or they want to train on their own first. We’ll cover: • What’s actually in the way (schedule, stations, nerves, or fueling) • Open vs Pro, and relay / doubles / solo for your first race • A realistic first 4–8 weeks that fit the hours you really have • Where to train in the NCR (Strength Collective, Hybrid Pop-Up, or closer to home) • Whether a race-day partner, sim, or pacer would help — optional, also free No program for sale. No package. You can hang up with a gym to walk into this week and a next race that isn’t a guess. Come as you are. If you’ve never set foot on a sled lane, this call is for you.
